Andrea and Eithan’s Maine Wedding at the Bar Harbor Club

Congratulations to Andrea and Eithan! They were married this summer during a heartfelt ceremony at the Bar Harbor Club. Andrea’s family owns a home in Bar Harbor, and she and Eithan have come to love the area. So, it only made sense for them to make the long trip from Houston to get married in one of Maine’s most beautiful locations.

Andrea and Eithan have been together for nearly four years. They met shortly after they both moved to Houston for work. In their spare time, they love hiking and exploring the outdoors, and they really enjoy reading and discussing books together.

Eithan proposed to Andrea on Valentine’s Day back in 2021. Even though the proposal itself was a quiet, low-kay affair, it was memorable in more ways than one. That night, Houston experienced the biggest winter storm in Texas history, and, when Andrea and Eithan woke up the next morning, everything was covered in snow and the power was out. While snow and power outages are common in Maine during the winter months, that’s not the case in a place like Houston!

On their wedding day, Andrea and Eithan couldn’t stop laughing and enjoying themselves. From their first look, to their ceremony, to their first dance, it was clear they were so happy to be married. It was also clear that their families are very important to them, and it was nice to see how involved everyone was in making Andrea and Eithan’s wedding day a success.

Early on when they were planning their wedding, Andrea and Eithan knew they were going to have a jam-packed schedule with little room for formal pictures of the two of them. So, they decided to do an after session with us the next day at Eagle Lake and the cliffs along the Ocean Path in Acadia. We’ve included those pictures at the end of the blog for you to enjoy as well!
