Taylor’s Senior Portrait Session at the University of Maine

Meet Taylor, a dancer and makeup lover from Lawrence High School in Fairfield, Maine. Taylor wanted her senior portrait session to be a little different, and I was super excited when she asked me to photograph her.

Taylor chose the Model for a Day package, which included professional hair and makeup by the amazing Dana Bement. Dana is a traveling hair and makeup artist local to the greater Bangor area. She’s great at what she does, and she’s so sweet and down to earth. Taylor and Dana had a great time talking about makeup.

Soon it was time for pictures. Taylor wanted to do her entire session outdoors, so I suggested the University of Maine. The campus has several wooded walking paths and the Littlefield Ornamental Garden. This gave us all sorts of backdrops. Taylor was so much fun to photograph! She’s photogenic and a lot of fun. We spent a couple hours taking pictures all around campus. Then, once the sun was about to set, we ended the session in a nearby field.

I really enjoyed my time with Taylor, and I wish her nothing but the best! Below are some of my favorite pictures from her senior portrait session. Enjoy!
