Ashley and Greg’s Maine Elopement at Acadia National Park

Ashley and Greg were engaged back in September of 2019 during a Cardinals baseball game. When thinking about locations for the wedding, Ashley knew she didn’t want a big church wedding with hundreds of people starring at her, so she started thinking outside the box. Maine was a location she had been hoping to visit, and she loves the fall season. It also just so happened that her and Greg’s 11 year dating anniversary was going to land on a Saturday in October this year. Taking that as a sign, she and Greg decided to go for it. They traveled nearly 1,500 miles to get married in Acadia National Park, and we’re so glad they did!

October can be a little tricky in terms of weather (especially when getting married on the coast), but Ashley and Greg lucked out with a lovely and relatively warm day. We started our time together at the Jesup Path right near the Wild Gardens of Acadia. The trees were super colorful and made for a beautiful backdrop for photos. We then headed to the Ocean Path to meet up with Ashley and Greg’s family for the ceremony. It was a beautiful event, overlooking the ocean and Otter Cliff. Ashley and Greg were both so happy to finally be getting married! After the ceremony, we finished our time together by taking pictures on the cliffs.

We had a lot of fun spending the afternoon with Ashley and Greg, and we wish them much happiness and love. Below are some of our favorite pictures from throughout their wedding. Until next time!
