Meet Brooke! She’s a senior at Hampden Academy in Hampden, Maine. When her dad first reached out, they weren’t sure whether to keep her session local or travel somewhere special. After some thought, they decided a little travel was worth it and chose Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park for her senior portraits.
We had a beautiful July evening for the shoot. Jordan Pond was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to access some of my favorite spots around the water.
I really enjoyed spending time with Brooke and her mom as we explored the area. Brooke was easygoing and open to anything I suggested, which made photographing her a pleasure. We wrapped things up just as the sun began to set over the pond.
