The C. Family’s Maine Portraits in Acadia National Park

Meet the C. Family! They came all the way from Virginia and Ohio to spend several days together in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Since they would all be together, they wanted to schedule a family portrait session to remember this special vacation. Lindsay told me this would also be the first time her little family had professional pictures done, so this session would be even more important to everyone.

This was the first time the C. Family had ever been to Acadia National Park, so they asked for some help choosing a location for their family portrait session. We sent them a bunch of options, and they decided on Sand Beach and a spot overlooking Otter Cliff. Those two locations are great because  they close together and they offer two completely different backdrops for pictures. Sand Beach is also perfect for families with young children, because the children can take breaks during the session to run and play.

We had a great time working with the C. Family. They’re a sweet family, and we’re so glad to have had the opportunity to spend time with them. We hope they had a great time in Maine and they visit again soon! I’ve included a few of our favorites photos from our time together below. Enjoy!
